Air conditioning servicing in Norwich and East Anglia
A yearly service keeps your system clean, quiet and running efficiently, and helps protect your manufacturer warranty. We look after home air conditioning right across the region, whoever fitted it.
Why servicing matters
Air conditioning works hard, pulling in room air all day and passing it over the coils. Over time the filters fill with dust, the coils pick up a layer of grime and small faults can creep in without you noticing. The system still runs, but it has to work harder to do the same job.
A regular service puts that right. Your system uses less electricity, the air coming out is cleaner and fresher, and we can spot worn parts or slow leaks before they turn into a breakdown on the hottest day of the year.

What a service includes
Every service covers the indoor and outdoor units, and we explain anything we find as we go:
How often should it be serviced?
For most homes, once a year is right. If you have pets, live near a busy road or use the system heavily for both heating and cooling, you may benefit from a check every six months. Spring is a popular time, so the system is ready before the summer, but any time of year works.
Protect your warranty: many manufacturers ask for a yearly service by a qualified engineer to keep the warranty valid. We give you a written record each time, so you always have proof.

Did someone else fit your system?
That is no problem at all. We service Daikin, Fujitsu and Mitsubishi systems along with the other main makes, whoever installed them. If your old installer has stopped trading or does not offer servicing, we are happy to take over and look after it from now on.

What happens when we come round
We ask how it has been running
Any noises, smells or rooms that never quite get warm or cool help us know where to look.
We clean the indoor unit
Filters, coil and fan are cleaned and treated, with sheets down to catch any drips.
We check the outdoor unit
We clear the coil, check the fan and make sure nothing is restricting the airflow.
We test the system
Pressures, temperatures and electrics are measured in heating and cooling mode.
We talk you through it
You get a written record of the service, and we explain anything that might need attention later.
Servicing questions
How long does a service take?
Around an hour for a single system. Multi room systems take a little longer, as each indoor unit is cleaned and checked.
Do I need to be at home?
Yes, as we need to get to the indoor units. We will agree a time with you in advance so you are not waiting around.
My system seems fine. Does it still need a service?
It is a good idea. Dirt builds up slowly, so you rarely notice the system getting less efficient until something goes wrong. A yearly service keeps it at its best and may be needed for your warranty.
What if you find a problem?
We explain what we have found and what it would cost to fix before doing anything. Small issues can often be sorted on the spot.
