Air conditioning installation in Norwich and East Anglia
Quiet, efficient systems fitted neatly in your home by our own engineers. We help you choose the right unit, find the best spot for it and leave everything clean and working perfectly.
Comfortable all year, fitted properly
A good air conditioning system should be something you barely notice. It quietly keeps the bedroom cool on a warm night, takes the chill off the lounge in winter and never looks out of place on the wall. Getting there is mostly down to the installation, so we take our time over it.
We only work in homes, so we understand that you are living there while we work. We talk you through every step, keep the mess to a minimum and treat your home with the same care we would want in our own.

What is included
Every installation is planned around your home, but these are always part of the job:
Where can the units go?
Indoor units usually sit high on a wall, where they spread the air most evenly. If that does not suit the room, floor standing and ceiling units are good alternatives. The outdoor unit needs a spot with plenty of airflow, often on a bracket on an outside wall or on the ground on a small stand.
The two units are linked by slim copper pipes and a cable that pass through a small hole in the wall. We keep the pipe run as short and tidy as possible, and we will always show you the route before we start drilling.
Good to know: most homes do not need planning permission for air conditioning, but listed buildings, flats and conservation areas can have extra rules. We check this at the survey.

Single rooms or the whole house
Many people start with one room, often the bedroom or a home office that gets too warm. Others want several rooms covered at once. A multi split system runs up to five indoor units from a single outdoor unit, so you get separate control in each room without a row of boxes on the outside wall.
On installation day
What to expect when we arrive
We protect your home
Dust sheets go down and furniture is moved carefully before any tools come out.
We fit the indoor unit
The mounting plate is fixed level and the hole for the pipes is drilled cleanly through the wall.
We run the pipework
Copper pipes, cable and drain are routed along the agreed path and boxed in neatly.
We place the outdoor unit
It goes on a bracket or stand where it has good airflow and will not bother anyone.
We test and commission
The system is pressure tested, filled and checked in every mode so we know it is running exactly as it should.
We hand over and tidy up
We show you the remote and the app, answer your questions and leave the room as we found it.
Installation questions
How long does an installation take?
A single wall mounted system is usually fitted in a day. Multi room and ducted systems can take two or three days. We will give you a clear timescale with your quote.
Will it make a lot of mess?
Very little. There is one small hole through the wall for the pipes, and we use dust sheets and a vacuum as we go. Most customers are surprised how tidy it is.
Do I need anything done before you arrive?
Just clear the area around where the units are going, and make sure we can get to the outside wall. A system needs its own electrical supply, and we will talk you through what is needed for your home at the survey.
Which size of unit do I need?
It depends on the size of the room, how many windows it has, which way it faces and how well it is insulated. Too small and it will struggle, too big and you pay for power you do not need. We work it out properly at the survey.
